are the creative designs of Sanath Rohana Wickramasinghe.
He stepped in to the world of stamp designing by creating a scout stamp in 1981 for the 125th Birth Anniversary of Load Baden Powell
(Founder of World Scouting)
which was issued on 24.05.1982, as a President's Scout and the Winner of the Amateur Stamp Designers' Contest. At that time he was a Scout Leader of Mahinda College, Galle and he became the youngest stamp designer of the Artists Panel of Sri Lanka Philatelic Bureau.
Up to now he has been designed over 140nos Stamps for Sri Lanka Post.
